Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the website available at parimatch-pl1.com (the "Service"), operated by Parimatch Tech Ltd (the "Operator" or "Parimatch"), a company operating under a license issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (formerly Curaçao eGaming), license number 8048/JAZ, pursuant to the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), P.B. 2024, no. 157. By registering an account or using the Service, the User confirms that they have read the Terms, understand their provisions, and undertake to comply with them. If the User does not agree with any of the following provisions, they should immediately stop using the Service.

General Provisions Regarding the Use of the Parimatch Service

The Operator, operating under the Parimatch brand (the brand has existed on the market since 1994), provides sports betting and online casino gaming services in territories where such activity is legal. Only persons who have reached the age of 18, or the minimum age entitling them to participate in gambling games under the law applicable at the User's place of residence, if higher, may use the Service. Each User may hold only one account in the Service – opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in access being blocked and funds being confiscated. Registration in the Service constitutes the conclusion of an agreement between the User and the Operator on the terms set out in these Terms. The Operator conducts its business under the Parimatch brand, covering a wide range of services, including live sports betting, esports betting, casino, and live casino, and use of any element of the Service is equivalent to acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. The User represents that the information provided during registration is true, current, and complete, and undertakes to notify the Operator of any changes to personal data without delay. The Operator reserves the right to verify the User's identity at any point during the contractual relationship, including by requesting additional documents confirming age, address of residence, or the source of funds used in the Service.

Terms of Use of the Service and User Obligations

The User undertakes to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Service for purposes inconsistent with its intended use, including money laundering, fraud, manipulation of game results, or any actions aimed at circumventing security mechanisms. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account in the event of suspected violation of the Terms, and decisions regarding the integrity of promotional activities and gameplay are final. Access to the Service may be restricted in jurisdictions indicated as excluded from the Operator's offer, in accordance with applicable law. The User is obliged to keep confidential the data enabling access to their account, including the login and password, and to promptly inform the Operator of any suspected unauthorized access to the account. The Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from the User's disclosure of login details to third parties. Furthermore, the User undertakes not to use software, bots, scripts, or other automation tools in a manner that violates the fairness of gameplay or the terms of use of the Service set out herein. Violation of the above rules may result in the annulment of placed bets, the withholding of payouts, or the permanent blocking of the User's account, without the right to compensation.

Data Security, Information Protection and AML Compliance

The Operator attaches particular importance to the security of Users' data. All data transmissions are secured with the SSL/TLS protocol (SSL 256-bit encryption, TLS 1.2/1.3), and payment card data is stored by payment processors holding PCI DSS certification. Users' funds are held in segregated accounts, separated from the Operator's operational funds. The Operator has an AML (anti-money laundering) policy in place, based on regulations such as NOPML, NORUT0, NOIS, Directive (EU) 2018/843, and FATF recommendations, overseen by a dedicated compliance department. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, the UK DPA 2018, and – with respect to Users covered by its scope – the California CCPA. Detailed rules on personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available at parimatch-pl1.com. As part of its AML policy, the Operator conducts ongoing monitoring of Users' financial transactions and may request additional documentation confirming the source of funds, particularly in the case of transactions deviating from the standard activity profile of a given account. Any suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations. Access to Users' personal data is restricted to authorized Operator employees and data processors acting under appropriate data processing agreements, ensuring at least an equivalent level of data protection.

Responsible Gambling and Tools to Protect the User from Addiction

The Operator promotes a responsible approach to gambling and provides Users with tools to control their own activity in the Service, including deposit limits, loss limits, betting limits, time limits, a cool-off period, and self-exclusion. The Operator reserves the right to impose an exclusion on a User if signs of problem gambling behavior or addiction are observed. Users seeking support may use the help of external organizations, including GamCare, BeGambleAware, and Gambling Therapy. Full information on the responsible gambling rules is available at parimatch-pl1.com/principles-responsible-gambling. All of the above limits and the self-exclusion option may be set independently by the User in the account panel or by contacting the Support Team, and changes made in a more restrictive direction generally take effect immediately, while a reduction in protection (e.g. an increase in a limit) may require a cooling-off period to protect the User from decisions made under the influence of emotion. The Operator also operates an internal system for identifying risky gaming patterns and may proactively contact Users showing signs of excessive engagement in gambling, offering available protective measures. Use of self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of its term and prevents the opening of a new account in the Service until it expires.

Customer Support, Contact Channels and Complaint Handling Procedure

The Operator's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via live chat and email: [email protected]. The average response time is up to 5 minutes on live chat and up to 24 hours for email inquiries. Any complaints must be submitted within 6 calendar months of the date the event occurred. General complaints are acknowledged within 7 calendar days and resolved within 28 calendar days (with the possibility of extension by a further 4 weeks in particularly complex cases), while complaints related to responsible gambling are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 business days (with the possibility of extension by 2 weeks). If the Operator's final response is not satisfactory, the User may make use of a free and mutually binding alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure. Violations of licensing regulations may also be reported to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board at [email protected]. Records relating to submitted complaints are retained by the Operator for a minimum of 5 years. A complaint should be submitted with information that is as complete as possible, including the account number, date and description of the event, and any documentation supporting the concerns raised; the Operator may provide a dedicated complaint form in English, available for download on the Service's website. The Operator undertakes to conduct correspondence with the User in a reliable and transparent manner, informing them at every stage of the status of the submitted matter. At the same time, the Operator reserves the right to restrict access to support channels where the User fails to observe the rules of courteous communication, which may result in temporary suspension of access to support for a period of 1 to 3 months.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions and How They Take Effect

The Operator reserves the right to introduce changes to these Terms at any time, in particular in connection with changes to the law, regulatory requirements, or changes in the functionality of the Service. The current version of the Terms is always available at parimatch-pl1.com. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes their acceptance by the User. The Operator recommends regularly reviewing the content of the Terms. In the event of material changes affecting the rights and obligations of the User, the Operator will make efforts to notify Users of them with reasonable advance notice, including via a notice on the Service's website or a message sent to the email address provided during registration. If the User does not agree with the changes introduced, they have the right to close their account before the changes take effect, in which case the settlement of funds held in the account shall take place in accordance with the withdrawal rules applicable at that time.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Final Provisions of the Terms

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the law of the Curaçao jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior arrangements in this regard. The Operator's failure to exercise any right arising from the Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future. Any notices addressed to the Operator should be sent in written or electronic form to the contact details indicated in the Service, while notices addressed to the User may be sent to the email address provided during account registration. The provisions of these Terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law and the principles of good faith, taking into account the legitimate interests of both Parties.
