Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out the rules for the collection, processing, storage and protection of the personal data of Users using the service available at https://konkurscinemacity.pl, operated by Parimatch Tech Ltd (the "Operator", "Parimatch", "we"), operating under Curaçao Gaming Control Board license no. 8048/JAZ, issued in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), P.B. 2024, no. 157. By using the service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out herein.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data of Users of the service at https://konkurscinemacity.pl is Parimatch Tech Ltd, a company operating under the law of the Curaçao jurisdiction. The Operator has an established Compliance Department, responsible for overseeing the correctness of personal data processing and compliance with applicable data protection legal frameworks, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679, the UK DPA 2018, and the CCPA – to the extent these apply to Users from the relevant jurisdictions.
2. What data we collect
As part of account registration and use of Parimatch's services, we collect the following categories of data: identification data (first name, last name, date of birth), contact data (e-mail address, phone number), verification data required under the KYC process (a copy of a passport or national ID card, proof of address, proof of payment method, and, where justified, a selfie with an identity document), transactional and financial data related to deposits and withdrawals, as well as technical data relating to use of the service (IP address, device data, account activity history).
3. Purposes of processing personal data
Users' personal data is processed for the following purposes: providing online gambling services in accordance with the operator's license, verifying the identity and age of the User as part of KYC procedures, preventing money laundering and terrorist financing (AML), processing payment transactions, ensuring the security and fairness of gameplay, communicating with the User on matters relating to their account, handling complaints and disputes, and fulfilling legal obligations imposed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and other competent regulatory authorities.
4. Legal bases for processing and AML compliance
The processing of personal data is based on the User's consent, the necessity to perform the service agreement, and the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Operator. In particular, Parimatch applies anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with the National Ordinance Penalization of Money Laundering (NOPML), the National Ordinance on Reporting of Unusual Transactions (NORUT), the National Ordinance on Identification of Clients (NOIS), Directive (EU) 2018/843, and FATF recommendations. Documentation related to client verification and complaint submissions is retained for a period of at least 5 years.
5. Data security
Parimatch applies SSL 256-bit encryption based on TLS 1.2/1.3 protocols to protect data transmitted between the User and the service. Payment card data is stored exclusively by certified payment processors compliant with the PCI DSS standard. Users' funds are held in separate bank accounts, independent of the company's operating funds. Access to personal data is granted only to authorised Operator staff, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Disclosure of data to third parties
Personal data may be disclosed to trusted payment service providers, identity verification service providers, regulatory authorities, including the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and law enforcement authorities, solely to the extent necessary to fulfil legal obligations or in the event of a reasonable suspicion of a breach of AML regulations. Parimatch does not sell Users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the User's explicit consent.
7. User rights
In accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, the User has the right to access their data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. 8. Responsible gambling and data protection
As part of implementing its responsible gambling policy, Parimatch may process additional data related to User activity in order to identify risky behaviour and take preventive measures, including proactive contact with Users identified as being at risk. The Operator reserves the right to impose an exclusion on a User in the event of signs of excessive gambling dependence. 9. Cookies
The service at https://konkurscinemacity.pl uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, personalise content, and analyse traffic. 10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Parimatch reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular in connection with changes in law or business practices. Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of the updated version of the document.
