Complaint submission and dispute resolution procedure
A Customer who believes that their rights under the Terms and Conditions have been violated may submit a complaint via live chat or the email address [email protected] within a period not exceeding 6 calendar months from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint. General complaints are handled within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt (with the possibility of an extension of up to an additional 4 weeks in particularly complex cases), and their receipt is acknowledged within 7 calendar days. Complaints relating to responsible gambling are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 business days, with a possible extension of up to 2 weeks. A complaint form is available for download in English. Documentation relating to handled complaints is retained for a period of no less than 5 years.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If a Customer is not satisfied with the operator's final response, they are entitled to use a free and binding alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism. Referral of a case to ADR is only possible after the internal complaint procedure has been completed.
